Mr. Oushakoff is the Director of Manufacturing at Clean Energy Systems, joining the company in October of 2021. In this capacity, he oversees all hardware fabrication and manufacturing process development efforts for CES. He works closely with design engineering and marketing in the development of new technologies and products to assure producible and cost-effective designs.

                   
Prior to CES, Mr. Oushakoff served in multiple positions as both a Design Engineer and Manufacturing Specialist at Aerojet Rocketdyne during a 20+ year career supporting a variety of space and defense programs. Building on early experience as a machinist, he focused on manufacturable, easily assembled designs and tested many at various DoD and NASA facilities. Mr. Oushakoff has strong technical expertise in conventional and non-conventional manufacturing processes, materials, and platelet related technologies. He has also been a consultant on the implementation of the DoD’s Digital Engineering Initiative.

Mr. Oushakoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from California State University, Sacramento.
