Ms. Welch joined Clean Energy Systems in 2001 and today serves as the company’s Director of Administration and Corporate Secretary. In this role she is responsible for virtually all aspects of administration, human resources, vendor contracting, financial reporting, compliance, and supporting operations for CES.

Ms. Welch boasts over 25 years of experience of senior management and quality service with a focus on teamwork, leadership, and employee, shareholder, and customer relations. She is experience in purchasing, facilities, project management, quality customer service, and disaster recovery training. Prior to CES, Ms. Welch worked for high-tech and pharmaceutical companies.

Ms. Welch is a recognized expert in business administration, serving as an integral part of the CES management team.
