Mr. Swanson was elected to the CES Board of Directors in March of 2021. 

Mr. Swanson is the President of North Shore Energy, LLC, where he leads and directs investment decisions for the company. He has over 35 years of experience in both energy investment banking and private equity. He has managed numerous successful energy related companies for Yorktown Energy Partners, one of the largest private equity investment companies in the world. Mr. Swanson also serves on the Board of Directors for 212 Resources, Altela, and New Sky Energy. 

Mr. Swanson graduated from the University of Michigan with an undergraduate degree in Economics and Philosophy, and the University of Denver with a J.D. and MBA.
