Proprietary Equipment Monitoring and Maintenance Support Services
Clean Energy Systems’ proprietary Burner Management System (“BMS”) provides customers with world-class solutions to optimize the performance of their CES equipment throughout its lifecycle. With fundamentals grounded in the safe and controlled operation of its oxy-burner technology, CES’ BMS enables end users to effectively manage their CES equipment for a wide variety of applications.
As part of CES’ equipment installation package, the Company’s expert team of service and maintenance personnel provide customers with comprehensive site assessments, including evaluation of existing infrastructure and operational requirements. CES’s team also provides custom programming of the control parameters and the installation of hardware components and sensors to enable its oxy-burner equipment. The initial site assessments, equipment programing and installation are followed by rigorous functional testing and validation, as well as hands-on instruction for operational staff at the site.
CES is able to further optimize its BMS for customers to meet their specific project needs. The Company’s custom logic controllers allow for specialized programming to address unique CES operational characteristics at the site. Systems can be calibrated for CES-specific thermal profiles to enhance response times. CES’ high-speed ignition detection (sub-500ms) also significantly reduces stored energy risks during failed ignition events.
All of this is brought together by the BMS’ integrated monitoring systems that synthesizes the comprehensive data collected from the equipment and allows customers to optimize their operations.
CES’ ongoing maintenance services also provide customers with access to the Company’s technical and service staff in order to support optimal plant operations and maintenance (virtually or onsite) for the life of the project.
