CES Speaks at CEM7 Parallel Session on Carbon Management

CES was invited to speak at a parallel session to this year’s Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM) on Carbon Management via carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS). Hosted by the Global CCS Institute, the focus on the session was on “How CCUS Can Enable Renewables.” CES’ Business Development Manager, Rebecca Hollis, spoke on CES’ new carbon negative power cycle that combines bioenergy with carbon capture and storage, known as BioCCS or BECCS, and opportunities in the state of California.

The Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM) is a forum of the world’s largest and most forward-leaning countries working together to accelerate the global transition to clean energy.  More information is available here:  cem7.org/
