Stephen E. Doyle

Dr. Doyle, an attorney and retired member of the Bar for the District of Columbia, served as Director of Strategic Planning, Marketing Director, and Director of Land Use Planning for Aerojet. He also developed policy and regulatory expertise in technology transfer in roles at the Congressional Office of Technology Assessment, NASA, and the White House Office of Telecommunication Policy. Dr. Doyle was a co-founder of CES, served on the Board of Directors from August 1996 to November 2003, and served as company President from December 1999 through December 2003.
