The CES Executive Team, Board of Directors,
and Executive Advisory Board consists of managers
and technical talent from the power generating, aerospace,
and petroleum industry unique in the world. The group
has more than 250 years of cumulative experience in
the technologies of power generation, rocket propulsion
systems, including advanced injectors, high speed
pumps and turbines, high energy power systems integration,
specialty precision manufacturing, fuel formulation,
combustion, and CO2 injection into subterranean formations.
Team experience includes orchestrating multi-hundred
million dollar projects, launching Fortune 500 companies,
providing senior governmental management, and chairing
corporations, as well as trade and manufacturing associations.

| Keith L. Pronske |
| Chief Executive Officer
& President |
Mr.
Pronske is a mechanical engineer with more than 20 years
experience in the power industry in North America, South
America and Europe. He previously served as Vice President,
Business Development, Latin America, for Tractebel,
Brussels, Belgium, and prior to that worked for the
AES Corporation. Mr. Pronske was instrumental in the
acquisition and development of power plants, gas distribution
systems, and energy companies with an aggregate equity
investment in excess of $2 billion and an installed
capacity in excess of 6,000 MW. He joined CES in January
2001, was elected a Director in May 2001, and became
CEO in January 2003. |

| Brian C. Griffin |
| Chairman of the Board |
The
Honorable Brian C Griffin has held numerous senior-level
positions in both the public and private sectors. His
distinguished public service career includes serving
as a senior government official under three Presidents
and two Governors. In the private sector, he has served
as both the Executive Vice President and General Counsel
of a New York Stock Exchange listed oil and gas exploration
company. Dr. Griffin received his undergraduate
degree from Harvard University in 1974 and was selected
as a Rhodes Scholar. As a Rhodes Scholar, he attended
Oxford University where he received his British law
degree. He also holds an American Juris Doctorate degree. |

Stephen E. Doyle |
| Executive
Vice President |
Dr.
Doyle, an attorney and retired member of the Bar for
the District of Columbia, served as Director of Strategic
Planning, Marketing Director, and Director of Land Use
Planning for Aerojet. He also developed policy and regulatory
expertise in technology transfer in roles at the Congressional
Office of Technology Assessment, NASA, and the White
House Office of Telecommunication Policy. Dr. Doyle
was a co-founder of CES, served on the Board of Directors
from August 1996 to November 2003, and served as company
President from December 1999 through December 2003. |

| Ronald E. Simms |
| Vice President, Engineering
and Manufacturing |
Mr.
Simms has over 35 years of engineering and construction
experience in the power generation field. He recently
served as Vice President of Construction for Calpine
Corporation and was one of the principal senior managers
responsible for organizing, staffing and executing Calpine’s
aggressive multi-billion dollar construction program.
This highly successful program commissioned 25,000 MWe of state of the art power plants throughout the US and
Canada within a six year period.
Mr. Simms was also a vice president
for Walsh Construction Company and during his career,
as a construction manager, worked on a wide range
of power generation projects including: hydro, nuclear,
solar, wind, biomass, coal and geothermal technologies.

| Scott MacAdam |
| Vice President, Research & Development |
Dr. MacAdam is Vice President of Research & Development.
He is a chemical engineer with more than eight years' R&D
experience in the energy field, with specific expertise in gas
and coal combustion, coal gasification, oxy-combustion,
and air pollution control. Prior to joining CES, he was a
lead engineer in the Energy Production and Generation business
unit at Western Research Institute (WRI) in Laramie, Wyoming.
There he was responsible for clean coal combustion and
gasification technology development, and the development
of coal-to-hydrogen processes. Prior to WRI, Dr. MacAdam
worked for Air Liquide as a combustion scientist in their
Chicago Research Center, where he investigated and developed
new applications for oxygen in the field of power generation.
Dr. MacAdam holds a PhD and MS in Chemical Engineering from
the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), with
specialization in combustion and air pollution control,
and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of
Natal, South Africa. He is the author of numerous papers,
and a co-inventor on five patents. |

| Cynthia
E. Welch |
| Director of Administration & Corporate Secretary |
As
Director of Administration and Corporate Secretary, Ms. Welch brings a decade
of purchasing, facilities and project management experience,
as well as quality customer service and disaster recovery
training, to CES. A recognized expert in project management
and business administration, Ms. Welch serves as an
integral part of the CES management team and is responsible
for virtually all aspects of administration, human resources,
vendor contracting, financial reporting, compliance
and supporting operations for CES. |
