E. Anderson |

Mr.
Anderson is a chemical engineer with expertise
in combustion, rocket propulsion systems, and fluidized-bed reactors. His
principal work during 39 years at Aerojet centered
on liquid rocket propellant research, development, and testing and on the
development and testing of fluidized-bed driers and incinerators for low-level
radioactive wastes. He holds numerour US and foreign patents,
has authored several dozen technical papers and
studies.
Mr. Anderson was a co-founder of CES and a Director
since August 1996. He has served as a Principal Investigator on all of CES's
early oxy-fueled gas generator development programs and continues to provide
technical consultation and guidance to CES management. |

| Brian C. Griffin |
| Chairman of the Board |
The
Honorable Brian C Griffin has held numerous senior-level
positions in both the public and private sectors.
His distinguished public service career includes
serving as a senior government official under
three Presidents and two Governors. In the private
sector, he has served as both the Executive Vice
President and General Counsel of a New York Stock
Exchange listed oil and gas exploration company and previously served as the
President of Clean Energy Systems, Inc.. Dr. Griffin received his
undergraduate degree from Harvard University in
1974 and was selected as a Rhodes Scholar. As
a Rhodes Scholar, he attended Oxford University
where he received his British law degree. He also
holds an American Juris Doctorate degree. |

| Keith L. Pronske |

Mr.
Pronske is a mechanical engineer with more than
20 years experience in the power industry in North
America, South America and Europe. He previously
served as Vice President, Business Development,
Latin America, for Tractebel, Brussels, Belgium,
and prior to that worked for the AES Corporation.
Mr. Pronske was instrumental in the acquisition
and development of power plants, gas distribution
systems, and energy companies with an aggregate
equity investment in excess of $2 billion and
an installed capacity in excess of 6,000 MW. He
joined CES in January 2001, was elected a Director
in May 2001, and became CEO in January 2003. |

Mr. Propp is the Chief Operating Officer of Paxton Corp.,
holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
Saskatchewan and the Professional Engineer designation.
He is a former principal in several major international
engineering companies focused on the global petroleum
industry, based in Calgary, Alberta, with 34 years of
progressive oil and gas experience. |

K. Wertz, M.D. |

| Dr.
Wertz is a physician who founded and developed
three companies in the medical instrument and
information technology fields, all of which
were successfully acquired by multinational
corporations. He has published numerous papers
and book chapters in medicine and holds two
U.S. patents. Dr. Wertz was an enabling funder,
co-founder, and has been a Director since August
1996. He served as CEO from August 2001 through

| Mark
Woodruff |
Mark Woodruff is currently Executive Vice President and President of AES' Asia
and Middle East region and Ahmed Pasha as Vice President of Investor Relations.
Prior to his current position Mark was the Group Manager for the North America
West division of AES and the Vice President of The AES Corporation. Since joining
AES in 1991, Mark has held a variety of positions in engineering and construction
management, project development and general management. Prior to leading the
North America West Group, Mark led AES' businesses in Southern California and
Hawaii. Prior to joining AES, Mark was part of a team that started Delmarva
Capital Investments, the unregulated subsidiary of Delmarva Power & Light Company
serving in various capacities. Mark served as General Manager of Burney Forest
Products, an integrated sawmill and wood fired cogeneration facility in Shasta
County, California, co-owned by DCI. Mark's previous experience include postings
in generation, distribution and marketing for Delmarva's regulated utility as
well as process engineering assignments at the Diamond Shamrock Corporation. Mark
holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University
of Delaware and has completed supplemental work in gas turbines and high speed fluid
dynamics at NATO's Von Karman Institute in Belgium as well as Stanford Graduate School
of Business.
